Can you please explain Genesis 1: 26-28 vs Genesis 2:7. I always believed that the first account was the creation of man’s spirit.

If we read our bibles daily, is it still important to wear tzitzit? After all, it was to remind the Israelites of God's commandments when they didn't all have their own personal copies of the Torah.
